Desire video dating contest stats

The 2 stills presented here are from the video for the song "Desire". It was decided that Lizzy the singer would become the contestant in a dating show
- a tacky but graphically funky version of the kind of scenes we see on "Blind Date". This show being called "Desire".

Desire video dating contest holiday

The video was shot on location in Norfolk on DV. 2D & 3D graphics were created then animated and composited onto video.

The Minnaloushe logo was created to look contempory but have a sense of tradition to reflect the strong accoustical ability of the group

The website is built entirely in flash & plays extracts from the groups songs.

Graving Docks Govan

A listed Victorian Dry Dock in Govan Glasgow. A series of 8 pictures were made with large format camera. They look at the interiors of the outhouses and carry the name given to them when in use.

Pictures are in the collections of Glasgow School of Art amongst others and 2 of the series were published in "Portfolio - the catalogue of contemporary photography in britain" #27.

The initial exhibition also received a favourable review in the Scotsman, 23 June '97 : "Modern art: the Venice Biennale - or Glasgow ?" Prof. Duncan Macmillan. –>
